  • Check in is available from 16:00. Please let us know your arrival time the day before. Guests can check out any time until 10:30 on the day of departure unless pre-arranged.

  • Guests are required to make a deposit at the time of booking of 25% of the total booking cost. The remaining cost is to be paid 1 month before the date of arrival.

  • Bookings made within 1 month of the date of arrival, full payment is due at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations made more than 1 month before arrival will receive a refund minus the 25% deposit made. Cancellations made within 1 month of arrival or “no shows” will not be refunded. Holidays are not transferable and we strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance.

  • Well behaved dogs are welcome in the property with an additional charge of £20 per pet per stay, however we ask that they are kept off of all furniture.

  • Tomidhu Steading has a strict no smoking policy. Please note Scottish law states there is no smoking inside the property. Guests found to be smoking may be requested to leave without refund. If you do smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts responsibly.

  • The owners shall not be liable for any loss or damage to visitor’s property, however caused. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to vehicles parked within the grounds; all vehicles are parked and left at the owner’s risk.

  • Non-availability: in the rare event of us not being able to provide accommodation for you we will offer a full refund. Our liability would not extend beyond this.
